Types follow the list: A apartment, H house, T townhouse/duplex, R room. GEWH means the landlord pays gas, electric, water and heat. Where no price shows, the list says to call. The neighborhood groups inside Lakewood are approximate, based on the street names given. 7-digit phone numbers on the list are assumed to be 732 numbers. Basement and furnished come from the print list's markings (skinny vs. bold A, and the grey box), plus the comments. Houses, townhouses and most rooms count as not basement. "Accepts texts" uses the list's italic phone numbers and notes like "Prefer text" (the list says the italics are a partial list, so others may text too). Taken counts are shared with everyone who uses this page. Check Taken when a landlord tells you it's rented.
